The CHWTSDFs, which are already in operation, shall collect, treat and dispose the hazardous wastes from each industrial unit located within the area of their jurisdiction as defined in this order. |

The area, where CHWTSDF, is yet to be set up or put into operation, the existing / operating CHWTSDFs, with prior Authorization of MPCB, shall collect, transport (if required), treat and dispose the hazardous wastes. |

The area / jurisdiction allotted earlier and mentioned in the Consent / Authorization granted to M/s. Trans Thane Creek Waste Management Association, Navi Mumbai & M/s Mumbai Waste Management Ltd., Taloja, Dist- Raigad is hereby rescinded. |
