Objectives :
To cater the services in the field of Environment like monitoring air, water and hazarodus waste and analysis of water and waste water,air and flue gases and hazardous waste samples for various parameters prescribed as per consent conditions.
Central Laboratory maintains 3 sections- Water, Air and Hazardous Waste.

Water Section Approximately 7000 samples are
analysed for 70000 parameters every
year.
Air Section Approximately 900 samples are
analysed for 4000 parameters every
year.
Hazardous
Waste Section
Approximately1200samples
analysed for 10000 parameters
every year
